Absolute ******* and incompetence.

I have a Ford Focus 1.6TDCI. The right front headlamp globe needed replacing. I was quoted R4200. I thought my leg was being pulled but queried this with more than one Ford dealer and this price is correct. The price for a headlamp cluster is R44000..absolutely ludicrous. I eventually managed to acquire TWO bulbs of European manufacture from Goldwagen for R750!!. Fords service is even worse. Despite the fact that my car has been looked after and serviced as per the schedule, my car was cutting out at 110km/Hr. It took two different Ford dealers four and a half days to ascertain that the fuel filter hadn't been replaced. Although I am a fan of Ford products, I will never be in the market for a Ford in future.
