5 Month Old Ranger Breaks Down and I am left stranded!

Poor service never seems to end with Ford! On Tuesday evening, bakkie somewhat broke down, and was towed away to a nearby dealership for repairs.

No courtesy car and I was told that I have to "manage for 2 days or so" until it is fixed. How does a Turbo pack up after 10000kms???? I have also received word that this isn't the first Ranger with this issue!

I cant go to work as I have no transport, I am paying monthly for a product that wasn't manufactured properly and now I have to pay for car hire which I cant be reimbursed for?

None of this makes sense! Its time like this that your customer needs you the most, and you leave them stranded. This is my 3rd brand new Ford purchased and this confirms that I will never buy another Ford again

Missed work for the second day now as I have no transport, not to mention my dad who is laying in hospital who had a lung procedure on Tuesday!
