4 month old car - gearbox goes. Do not buy a Ford!

Bought a 2015 Ford Eco Sport 1.5 A/T in Nov last year 'brand new\ - 4 months later gearbox goes. I have been stuck for a week now without a car while the warranty dept. decides whether it is the clutch or the gearbox. To get a courtesy car they say is impossible unless the parts are not available. The Ford AA service is one to be desired as well. Car was picked up 2.5 hours later after I called. I had to keep following up with them to find out what was happening. If I had not been able to incovenience a client to get me home I would have sat in Denver JHB until 7:30 pm at night. Not the safest place for anyone to be. Paying over R5000 a month on a brand new vehicle and this is what you get. My confidence in this brand has gone out the window. <br> "
