3rd Gearbox on Ecosport that is a year old

I have had my Ecosport Ecoboost for a year (September 2014 model). End of August i noticed that the car was leaking oil. It turned out to be gearbox oil. After a very long wait and 2 weeks in the shop (after I was told 2 days max) for a gearbox and waterpump replacement, I got my car back yesterday. This morning as I was driving to work, I heard a funny noise. Back to the dealership... test drive.... \Bad news
