3 Hours and 6 Consultants Later

<p>As I was driving towards Pretoria on the N1 my tire punctured just passed the Gordan Road offramp and I pulled over. Once I'd pulled over I call Ford Roadside Assistance, the first consultant seemed exceptionally helpful until the call was cut and I waited( she had stated if the call is cut she would call me back, I had given her my cellphone number). She didn't call back. I then called the line again and they hadn't logged a call for me but they then did. I was then put through tho another consultant who said the 'people' who were to assist me would call me "soon". I received no call. I then called Ford Roadside Assitance once again and the consultant told me that AA would call me "soon". Still, no call. It's now been 3 hours later and countless calls to Ford Roadside Assistance and still no one has come to my aid to fix my punctured tire. This is absolutely ridiculous service and I would not recommend using it to anyone I know.</p>
