3 days without a car because of wrong parts

I booked my Ford Fiesta 1.6TDCi in at Weskus Motors in Vredenburg for the 105 000km service which includes replacing timing belt and including the service will cost me nearly R6400 which is not a problem. I use my vehicle for work and i claim mileage as I drive anything from 200 - ****m per day. My Fiesta gives me 16-17km/l. The courtesy vehicle they want to give me gives 12km/l. I will lose nearly R9.20 per litre that I'm driving out and I have to use cash now as my fleet card won't work. I Just want a vehicle that can give me the same mileage. Now the garage cannot supply me with one and the only car they can offer me is a Ford Ka that rattles like no ones business. I didn't even feel safe when they dropped me at home with it. <br> <br> Thanks to the factory who packed the wrong parts in the belt kit which was ordered on the VIN number, I now have lost 3 days of my annual leave which I was forced to take and and my mileage loss is between R600-R1000 on my salary at the end of the month. This UNEXCEPTABLE. <br> <br> THANK YOU Ford for making me my next month nearly impossible to get through due to your INCOMPETENCY.
