2Months my ford fiesta 2016 model still not fixed.

Hi, I would like my car to be replaced because FMCSA and Motomid were struggling to fix my car since from Last year, I am driving a ford fiesta Titinium 2016 Model starterd with engine light, now they replaced almost everything and Alfred Liebenberg from FMCSA hardly updates his client with the case opened with Ford, I have never received a bad sercive like this they are unprofessional they don't know what to do on my car, it's got am URGENT Tag, but URGENT can't be 2months. I need my car and still telling people that do not buy a ford, I bought mine in 24motors in ermelo and it's gettting fixed by Motomid. Ford is so Bad.
