I took my car for service and was told that the service plan had expired, when I went for service last year I was told to come back as soon as 36000 km was exhausted however, when I called customer care they said it wasn't their fault I was misinformed. And as if that was not enough, I discovered that they removed the car Ariel.. I asked for the old parts but only got one... How should I even trust that they were replaced because I paid for it. Last year when I came back from service I discovered that they made a mistake and chose to let it go but I don't know anymore. I feel betrayed and ****** right now.
