2019 New Ford Ranger broke down after 2 months

On 30 August 2019, I Collected a brand new vehicle from Eagle Ford dealership. First it took me exactly two months to get my number plate. I then took the vehicle for the first service on 5 November 2019 to the same dealership. On 7 November the car broke down on the highway just after Allendale Offramp and was towed by AA to Fury Ford Midrand.

I then contacted Eagle Ford regarding this matter. They couldn't assist me with the courtesy car telling me that I am on the waiting list. I had the whole week without any transport. Apparently the gearbox failed and the new one was ordered by Fury Ford Midrand.

On 16 November, I fetched the vehicle and on the same day the vehicle was jumping when pressing down the accelerator. I immediately contacted Fury Ford Midrand and I was told to bring it back on 18 November which I did. They told me that they had to program the vehicle which they did. I was given back the vehicle on the same day and I was traveling to Middelburg. I had the same issue as I was driving to Middelburg and I immediately contacted Fury Ford again and they told me to bring back the vehicle. I then contacted The sales person Nicolas and he told me that he has no power to assist me the only way to get assistance is to contact Ford South Africa. I called his dealership and requested to speak to the dealership Manager and I was told that he was busy in a meeting with someone. The manager then sent someone to tell me that I must bring the vehicle to them to check what the problem is. I then decided to take it to Fury Ford Midrand since they've been working on this car ever since and they already know what the problem is. So today 19 November I took it back to them, they looked it and the foreman took the car for a test drive and he came back saying that it is still not fixed but he thinks that there is a problem with the software and he needs to wipe out the one on it and reload the software. I then left the dealership while they were busy with that. I was called just before 5pm to come and collect my vehicle telling me they think it's been fixed but I must bring it back if it still gives me problems. I drove out the vehicle and immediately when I get to highway the car was still jumping when changing gears.

I really don't want this car anymore. How can a vehicle that is two months old give me so many problems. I have sent an email to eagle ford telling them that I am bringing it back to them tomorrow with both keys, I don't want it anymore. It's either they replace the car with a brand new car or pay WesBank if they fail to give me a new car
