2013 Ford Focus 2.0 GDI very bad car

I am driving ford since 2010, but is not impressed with workmanship and quality of there cars. I experience problems with my 2010 ford focus and had to visit Novel Ford Stellenbosch on three occasions to eventually found the problem. They service my car once but didn't replace the spark plugs and they had to call me again for replacing the spark plugs. I am driving a 2013 ford focus 2.0 GDI but experience many problems especially with sync and once again after three visits to Novel Ford they fixed the problem . My 2013 ford focus is giving me problems as it leaks water and therefore the car overheats . Just another example of poor workmanship .Ford South Africa is not passionate about service as they never call their client back . I will never buy ford again and doesn't want the car anymore .
