2 engines on Ecosport under 120k kms

Bought my Ford Ecosport 1L Titanium in 2016, brand new. The first engine failed in 2018 with 38000km on the clock. Ford replaced the engine. Forward to 2023, my second engine also failed now, with only 64000km on the clock. I’m out of my “years” warranty - but the car only has 104000km on the clock (engine1&2 combined). Ford said they will replace the engine - which of course I have to pay for because I’m out of my warranty. How on earth is it possible to lose 2 engines with this low milage!!!! I drive from home to work - my car is in excellent condition otherwise. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON FORD!!!!
