Excelent Service and Customer Care from FORD Numbi Westvaal
In April, I had a breakdown in Hazyview with my Ford Ranger. The Ranger was towed to Numbi Ford in Hazyview. Since the arrival, the Ford team has been just fabulous, Colisile from Services was absolutely supportive, and helped me where she could. I left the bakkie there, and Conraad, the Workshop Manager, took over, and what a superb experience, I traveled back to Vereening with a rented vehicle, but all the time Coenrad, the workshop manager and Machanic kept me posted. 3 Days later, they confirmed I can come and collect. I arrived there on a public holiday, and Coenraad was waiting for me at the dealership's gate, after he had called me twice while I was on my way there just to hear that I am doing well on the road. My Bakkie was in a tip-top condition, all fixed, with the broken parts nicely cleaned and packed in a box for me to see what happened, and the bakkie I do think was that clean only when it was new. Since I collected the Bakkie is is running like a Rolex Watch. I can just say this is most probably the best customer service, and workmanship I have ever seen, and at a very reasonable price. Well done to Colisile, Coenraad and the Dealership.
