When things go wrong with Ford, what do you do?

Short version is this: My gears wouldn't work and got towed to the agents. I have a manual gearbox in my Eco Sport 1L Titanium. Ford Tygervalley workshop miss diagnosed the clutch, and evveenntually it turned out to be the gearbox. My advice is that, if you have a problem, go straight to Ford Customer care which is, I believe Ford SA, and they will get things sorted in days where you may struggle for months. There are many reviews on that. Ford Customer care was excellent, they followed up every few days and called when they said they would. I worked with Taryn. I appreciate the good attitude Lyle and Angus from Ford Tygervalley kept during the whole process. They were never rude. My gearbox was sorted and I still love and enjoy driving my car!!
