Vehicle parts available

What I dont understand is that apparently there is about 3 000 000 motor vehicles or maybe more in Cape Town but there is absolutely never parts for a Ford in Cape Town. It always need to be ordered from Pretoria or Johannesburg. Why can Ford in Cape Town not keep stock? If your car breaks what will happen then? Do the parts been ordered from Pretoria and you need to wait for days? I support a normal service at Ford will take three days - day you bring in the vehicle, next day the parts arrive in Cape Town and the day three the parts get installed. The open times are not correct. Close at 17:30 but on the door it stated 16:00. The time on the internet stated Ford is open on Saturdays but then I was first told that the parts department is busy then they are close. The strange thing is that I visited a Ford parts department on a Saturday and not on a special arrangement. The department was open on Saturdays.
