PATHETIC POOR SERVICE

I bought my car on the 6th of July 2020 the sales man was Mr Robert Gill, the sale went very smooth. I immediately did personalized plates and gave them everything they asked for. After a month of not receiving any feedback from the dealership I started making some calls to find out what was really happening with car registration, the sales man told me he's no longer working there anymore and doesn't know who is handling the registration. I went to them I spoke to the DP Mr Monareng Mokhethi he promised they will fix the problem within a week. Apparently the sales man left without doing anything regarding the issue. Now the matter was handed over to Ms Colleen.

In August month now I kept on calling this lady Ms Colleen seeking to know how far is the registration of my car, she was promising me a week after a week that the matter should be sorted. On the 3rd of September Ms Colleen called informing me that the car was never taken for road worthy so I need to deliver the car to them. I did just that remember now we are on the second month from the date of purchase, when enquiring about the registration of the car no one gives a proper answer even the manager himself can't give me anything concrete. When trying to make contact with him he never answers my calls nor emails. This week I was told that my car would be registered by Wednesday or Thursday the latest, when I call them they gave another story to say they don't know what is really happening at the traffic department they have no control of what is happening there. To my surprise today the 11th of September they sent me a message informing me that they received documents for other clients but for my car nothing was received they don't know the problem. My question how is thi messages assisting me if they don't know what is going on, then who must know? I'm very disappointed and I've been patient with them for a very long time. I think it's time to consult consumer protection agency. Remember this was a cash deal!!
