Ford Tygervalley poor service

I had the worst service with Ford tygervalley. I bought car on 24 June 2020. In October it started giving me problems. The car's gears locked in 5th gear whilst going to the stop. Putting my life and my colleague in danger. I almost died. I was towed home at my expense. The car is still at one of their garages. It's been three weeks, n no courtesy car. I visited Ford tygervalley and saw a ****ing courtesy car on their floor. But they told me they have no courtesy cars available. I am deeply disgusted at how I am being treated. Ii literally have to call them every day.bow thtey r offering to buy the car back at a ****ing redixulous price, I lose basically. The moral, of the story is. Ford sucks big ****, don't buy a Ford car, u will regret it trust me. One of my friends ecosport set on fire, in his driveway.
