Ford Tygervalley

I bought a Ford fiesta and 2 weeks later was smelling petrol. I had a ford mechanic i know check it out and he said i must go to ford to order the part. I went to Ford to order it, was told nobody has stock and the factory also dont have stock so it will take 2 weeks to get. I say ok, paid for it and waited. 2 weeks went by and i followed up so they checked and said it will arrive at the factory on friday 9 Oct then at Ford on the 13th. I called today the 13th, they tell me ford warned them that the truck will be late and most likely wont be on time today due to a accident in Beaufort. I say ok so tomorrow then. Then they call back to say they have checked the system and the part is not at the factory and they dont have stock which we established 2 weeks before when i ordered the thing. Then say its not on the truck either and they have no eta. So i ask now what must i do? They tell me they can refund me. Now how the f will that solve my issue if they the only people that can provide me with the part??? Its a damn joke. The guy Jacky swears on the call the hole time like i am his buddy. Seriously unprofessional and clueless. I still have no solution!!!
