Poor Service from ford and false promise to call back

Called in requesting a quotation to repair a clutch, I requested for the to be called back as my airtime was running out and till now no one came back to me. The service from this dealership is poor especially for black people. This is not the first time I experience problems, this sucks because I am a ford client.
