HORRIBLE RECEPTION

I recently received the WORST service at Ford the Glen yesterday. I took my car in for repairs, got to reception, stood there for over 15 minutes the 2 coloured receptionists literally looked at me, and continued playing candy crush on their phones. The other coloured lady who was standing next to the reception desks even had the audacity to ask the other 2 which level have they reached, completely ignoring me. One would think with over 70% unemployment, people will take their jobs seriously. Let me just mention at the very same dealership.
