Ford The Glen sold me a faulty care

Ford the Glen sold my Dad a car that was involved in an accident before and their sales person Nonhlanhla when we made her away of this she told us that she can't help us as now the car needs to be handled by the warehouse. We made the warehouse aware of the issues that the care has and Nonhlanhla promised those minor issues like the windscreen rubbers I to be fixed as they are just easily coming off... The Ford warehouse wants to pay R4000 to service and fix those issues.

I am really not happy with Ford the Glen they always have excuses and terrible service.
