*****ed again by Ford

<p>After my last service, they said my service plan and warranty was up so I took my Ranger in to get chipped. The engine over heated due to a burst water pipe. I went to query it and they said my car is still under warranty and don't stress about the chip as it has nothing to do with the burst water pipe. They called me later to say the warranty is now void because of the chip but the engine is fine. A chip cannot cause a water pipe to be faulty and burst. I drove it abit and took it to my mechanic that does my fleet of vehicles out of warranty and said the head is blown in 3 places...and has more damage because I kept driving it after Ford the Glen said the engine is fine. This is the 2nd time they said the warranty was up when it wasn't. Guess my fleet will be changing to Toyota from now on. Pathetic the way Ford handles everything. </p>
