Bad Service Ford The Glen

<p>I booked my Vehicle at Ford The Glen this Morning, also requested for their driver to drop me off.</p> <p> </p> <p>I waited for half an hour before the driver came to me. He said he needs to drop off other people and i need to wait, who i might add was heading the same direction as my house, yet he left me at Ford The Glen. I decided to walk as i couldnt wait another half an hour.</p> <p> </p> <p>The attitude of the driver was terrible. The waiting period to get assitance there is ridiculous and there is major lack of communication. My wife called Ford, where she spoke to someone in customer service. The lady said that they were a driver short today and therefore the delay. I find that Ford did not go the extra mile to ensure that even if they were a driver down they should have someone come in to assist on a temp basis. Ford is not a tiny business where they cannot afford to have a temp replacement.</p> <p> </p> <p>Pathetic service and a lack of customer service and satisfaction</p>
