Bad Customer Service

Hi,

Yesterday I was at Ford Mafikeng and the service there was something else, I was sitting awaiting to be called but there were these 2 colored ladies who were shouting or ****ed at a customer, I don't know what their story was but their behavior toward the client was not acceptable, it got me thinking when they started speaking Afrikaans which after they laughed, clearly they didn't want who ever is around them to know what they were saying.

As for me, i stood there and waited to be called but that never happened because their interesting drama could finish which I ended up leaving, thanks to Toyota (I am not a fan though) for assisting me with a quotation for 5 bakkies and their service was awesome,. My advise to a fellow customer don't let people bully you because you want clarity at a retail store, you came to support not to make friends.

3 Of our company bantam doors are broken, I would rather go to another FORD not Mafikeng.

I hope whoever reads this stays away and chose wisely.
