Extremely bad service at Daly Ford Potchefstroom

Absolutely shocking service from Daly Ford in Potchestroom. My Ford Kuga has some electronic issue with some system error message. Took it to Daly Ford, after a whole day...sorry, they can't find the problem, the computer and car is not compatible with each other. I can take my car, they will contact the fabric and will get back to me. We are almost 4 weeks down the line without them getting back to me. I took up the matter with Emile Pittout via email...needless to say he also did not respond to my email. I will never ever recommend the Daly Ford dealership in Potchefstroom. And this was not my first and only bad experience with them. Luckily Ben Morgenrood in Randfontein sorted out the problem the 1st time.
