Daly Ford Potchefstroom - Ridiculously BAD service

Booked an appointment two weeks in advance at Daly Ford Potchefstroom - was immediately informed that all courtesy cars would be out (how would they know this in advance - could they not book one as I travel approx. 60km to and from work daily). Arrived to drop my EcoSport (which is still under warranty) before 4 on Monday afternoon (the appointment was made for Tuesday and Wednesday). Phoned Wednesday morning to confirm pick-up the same afternoon; only to be very arrogantly informed that my car has not yet been assessed. This, after the Technician confirmed the fault on Monday afternoon and assured me the correction was not a labor intensive or very time consuming task. This is not the first time I have experienced such bad service at Daly Ford Potchefstroom - it seems to only be getting worse.
