Incompetence of Ford Protect

I have a premium maintenance plan expires at 75000km. I took the car for 75000 Ford declined stating the car is due at 80000km service. The service expert promised to phone them to sort it out. I then sent the car at 80000km, Ford Protect declined. Eventually they approved after I went crazy. They are still deducting the premium, my car needs a new fanbelt, battery, and an aircon pipe. They habe been informed but they are taking long to approve. I only have one car to move around and they are delaying. I also having difficulties of renewing my plad to *** as I want to renew.
