Ford protect rubish!

Pathetic. I purchased and extended Maintenance plan and service plan through for protect. My Maintenance plan is valid up to 160 000km and my service plan to 120 000 / 7 years. First off all my vehicles has been waiting for 4 days at the dealership waiting for Authorization for brakes. This is pathetic! Then they decline my 120 000km service with no reasons given. My 120 000 km service is still included as per my policy. No one can get hold of them! Please do not waist your money buying the extended plans!
