Ford Alberton bad customer service and Ford protect

I took the extended warranty for my car at Ford protect .And i ve been paying for almost a year when i took my car for a service,i was told that i need to pay for my car service as my car is not 46 000k.and Ford alberton refused to service my car and their customer service is very bad ,I wish i knew i was donating to ford .
