****** and poor service

Absolutely revolting service, I had to basically force them to help the African lady who had arrived before me to drop-off her car for a service. ****** in any form is absolutely unacceptable. At the end of the day I was given an invoice far exceeding the value I was quoted that morning, their staff are ****** *****!!!
