Park Ford disastrous service

After bakkie went for a service at park ford, the Ranger has a changed idle on the engen(shaking), it also misses. Bakkie went back twice and even injectors has been removed and my issues is still not sorted. This is a brand new bakkie. I called park ford again, spoke with the service manager and even the service booking, until this day no one made a attempt to call me back and even tried to sort out my brand newly purchased ford ranger. I dont think i will support park ford ever again.
