Lying Cheats!!!

I took my car to this dealership for a minor service! My brother found that didn't change the the air filters here. This was the second service I had done with them. The filter was filthy they probably cheated me on my first service too!!! Upon reporting this to management, I was called a ****! These people don't care about their clients, they probably rip-off all their customers.
