Shocking poor sales service from Ford Nelspruit

Bought a Demo fiesta for our son. We paid cash for the vehicle. On collection the vehicle was not ready to be collected. No ribbon, not clean. It had new scartches and dents that werent there when we looked at it initially. Over and above that the paperwork was in complete and we were told it will be sent to us. 6 weeks later and alot of phone calls we received the registration papers. But the car is still registered in the dealers name. When we asked why we were told we have to do the transfer ourselves. This is unacceptable never ever b3fore did i need to go and register a car myself. Do my own number plates etc. If this is not enough no other papers were sent either no signed transfer papers no ID fro. Proxy. So how do Ford Nelspruit think we will transfer this vechile into our name. Their service is shockingly poor. We were told they will pay to have some of the damage on the vechile repaired. However it took 5 weeks of emails and phone calls to get that resolved. I am not happy.
