Poor Service

Ford Nelspruit has the worst service! Every time my car goes for a service it comes back with either the same issues or new ones and it takes them weeks to solve it! My car went in for a service 2 August 2019. After the service, my car still showed service required and it is making a funny noise. I took my car back and they said if it doesn’t get better I must bring it back. I phoned them to say that it still there so they advised that they will give me a courtesy car and investigate but I am still waiting for them to call me with a date almost 4 weeks later. My dashboard is pulling loose for the second time and the car is still under warranty but they at first refused to fix it as they said I should pay. After I threatened with Ford SA and Hellopeter, they advised that they will fix it but once again I am still waiting.
