Most pathetic dealership in South Africa!

My car went to this dealership to have the turbo fixed. I provided the item as I got it for half they price the delaership offered it to me. They fitted the turbo, complaining all the *****s were not there, which was not true. Then- according to them - the turbo broke again. I had to return the turbo to Nigel on my cost and on being tested, it was found that the turbo was not broken as claimed by . None the less a new turbo was once again supp**** and I had to pay another R2500 to have it fitted in Nelspruit. And the accounts lady says: I am so sorry !!! I am also sorry .... that I ever took my car to Ford Nelspruit.
