Utterly useless, shocking level of service, no communication

Took my car there for a fairly basic repair. Replace leaking coolant pump. I explained that I need the vehicle every weekend. First weekend passed. Car not done. Second weekend approached and staff was lying (parts not there, workshop busy). Went and picked up the car to take it to another Ford agent who promised to do their best to fix the car the same day (Friday). When I picked up my car I found a broken door handle. Staff did not even bother to tell me,. Contacted them repeatedly over six weeks. Automated messages. messages asking me to give them my details (which they have) . Do yourself a favour and support Motus or any other Ford dealer. Ford N1 City does not even bother to reply to complaints over and above sending automated messages. They deserve zero out of five stars.
