******* at Ford N1 City

Last week on 02/03/2022, I took my car for a service at Ford N1 City and I regret it because I usually go to Ford Cape Town where I get good service. The reason I regret going to Ford N1 city is that some of their staff are *******. I left money in the car when the lady called me in to assist me. And when I was done she told me that the driver is waiting for me outside. We left and hours later she called me to come to pick up the car. And I realized that I left my money in my car. When I asked the lady who assisted me Fikile W, where my money is she claimed that she told me to remove my valuables of which she did not and then gave me an attitude by saying I should have read the sign. Am very disappointed to have experienced such disgusting service and I have been calling requesting to speak to the manager Sandile M and he never got back to me till today!
