Shocking Service

Shocking service. My car has been in the workshop for 3 days and I have yet to get confirmation of what needs to be done. No one answers their phone and messages left seem to disappear into thin air. The phone rings and after a few minutes the line is cut off with a curt message "Call again". 3 days and communication is non existent.
