Poor service

<p>I bought my Ford Focus Trend brand new in 2015 at Ford N1City. I called in over a week ago on 2 occasions for a service tech. My car is showing that my tyre sensors are not detected all the time. I called to have someone explain what I need to do. I didn't get past the switchboard. I was transferred from one point to another, no help. Eventually I was asked if someone could call me back. I stressed, the urgency. No one called. I called back the next day, same story. A week later, no one bothered to call but let me just say, I want to trade in, then they call non stop. </p>
