Poor service

Pathetic service. Won’t recommend them. Took me more than 40 min to book in my vehicle. I was told that my vehicle would be ready at13:00. I only managed to get vehicle at 14:16. I was given an estimate invoice because the computer was not working. The internal fan was not working. They first said it was the intermittently. Not explaination then I’m told it’s the air conditioner motor. It would cost R9000 to repair. How can you give a quote without informing the customer what the problem is. The service was non existent
