Ford N1 City - USELESS!

The worlds most pathetic service, from the service manager down to the service advisers who do not respond to emails, nor return or take phone calls.

My car has been in for two and a half days, and I cannot even get a proper quotation as the quote received might as well be written in chinese. Trying to phone them is just as bad as no-one is ever available. My advice, save yourself the frustration and choose another dealership.
