For the third consecutive time, I have problems in getting a booking to service my vehicle. I have left messages 3 times today to be called back as the person dealing with services ( Sharon) was not at her desk. During the last call, the receptionist confirmed that the messages were handed over.

this is not what service is supposed to be like.
