Ford N1 city POOR POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

The issue started when I took our vehicle to this dealership with what at that point seemed to be a very reputable one. Considering the so called customer centricity they "say" they have , I expected to be treated with respect regarding my issues with my vehicle. I dealt with someone by the name of Wendy Geldenhuys and unfortunately there was no form of service delivery what so ever.

Its been over two weeks and every interaction with this dealership, was as a result of the client making contact. Numerous calls, many emails and very little desire shown to help with resolution. I have been on the phone with both the warranty company as well as Ford N1 trying to resolve this. The empathy displayed by this very individual was quite shocking to say the least.

When a client displays discomfort or need to for assistance, do the right thing and actually TRY and help them.

I am not sure if this is because I may not share the same race possibly , ill never know or if this is just the normal level of service.

With a very heavy heart , i would NEVER recommend this dealership PURELY for their lack of adequate communication and willingness to help.
