Ford N1 City 2 different stories

About 4 weeks ago I brought my car to Ford N1 City to unlock my car radio as the code for the radio was not correct. I first came around to enquire in March 2019 as it happened I managed to finish work early on the Friday and decided to bring my car so that I could sort out my radio and arrived before 4pm. The time I was advised that their systems were offline and they would not be able to assist at the current which was understandable so I enquired as to their trading hours and the process to have my car radio unlocked. I was advised that it costs R200.00 and that it was only done on Fridays. Last week Friday 10 May 2019 I arrived at 15:40 to have my car radio unlocked and then I was advised that I should have arrived by at least 3pm and that I can bring my car radio sorted. Why is it that the staff at Ford N1 City gives Ford car owners 2 different stories and on top of it waste my time. I am completely disgusted at the fact that I got 2 different stories from the staff
