Unhappy with the purchased vehicle

I am extremely shocked to learn that a friend of mine has been sold a car that she never chose at the Ford Dealership in Vereeniging. Ms Boitumelo Mahalefa went to the dealership and a salesman called Corrie was assisting her, she specifically mentioned the features she wanted as she was interested in buying the 2015 Ford Focus. The car that she was shown had those features which included reverse sensors & park assist. She was driving the 2011 Toyota Auris and she wanted to upgrade to another car to add more to what she already had. She was only made to view the car she bought after she had signed the paperwork, to her surprise it was complete different to what she had chosen initially. When she queried the salesman informed her that she needed to add more for her to have more things included and that she wouldn't have qualified for a car of higher value than that. She wasn't prepared to take the car but she was forced to because that salesman threatened that she had already signed the contract and there was nothing they could do to reverse. She drove out of the dealership with a brand new car she was unhappy with. Is this how Ford make their sales, forcing people? I'm dissapointed
