Pathetic service from dealer and ford SA

<p>I drive a 2010 Ford Focus 1.8 Si. I complained from the first service about the gear box and various things were done to get it fixed. Eventually after the third complaint and service, it felt better only to start again once the car was just out of warranty. Of course the dealer did not want to do anything since its out of warranty. </p> <p>This January 2017, I took the car to Ford to listen to noise that was bothering me. They said it was the gearbox. I complained to them that I had an issue from the beginning and this must have been a factory fault. Of course the pathertic service continued and they even started to ignore me. </p> <p>I paid R10 500 to have the car fixed at another repair shop who I will mentinion in another review. </p> <p>While I was on leave in KZN and 700 KM from home. The gearbox completely broke and now I have been without a car for 6 weeks due to parts that are not available to repair it. </p> <p> </p> <p>I will never buy a ford again! Ford SA jussdt told me that it is between me and the dealer and they did not even care!</p>
