No service from this dealer - ************ Dealer - Do not ever use them

<p>My Fiesta was booked in due to an engine limp mode on 17 Jan 2017. I was told there is a problem with the glow plugs and needs to be replaced and the battery (which was replaced about a month before) I agreed to the repairs. I was told the vehicle would be ready on the 27th and I need to day payment before I can collect the car, which is normal. I paid the agreed amount the morning via EFT. The afternoon when I phoned i was told the car is not ready yet, but will be Monday. After a month of waiting I was told the top was send to an engineering company to remove the glow plugs. After another month I was told the injectors got damaged while removing the glow plugs and it is going to cost me add R14000 to repair, which I did not agree to. I gave them another company to where it was R9000 and after another month they expect me to pay the company. This was reported to FORD SA a week ago and I am still waiting for FORD SA to even call me back. Now they refuse to collect the injectors because they do not have an account with the company that repaired the injectors. They expect me to pay for damage they cause.</p>
