Mazda bad service support

I bought a brand new Mazda CZ5 for my mom last year. I have been so dissapointed by the lack of support from Mazda SA. My mom bashed the left fog light last November and till this day it hasn't been fixed. I find this grossly unaccaptable, especially considering the car is fully insured. The panelbeaters say they've been waiting for parts ever since. We've now passed the first quarter of the year so I'm very angry. My mom was driving an IX35 Hyundai before this and never had such a headache getting things fixed. I'm now thinking of selling the mazda and going back to Hyundai. All this trouble over a small problem like this is not worth it. I'm scared to think of what could happen if this car had bigger problems if Mazda can't even sort out a broken fog light.
