Mazda 3 Engine problems

<p>I had an accident on the N17 on the 15 March 2016. I rock was put on the highway and I drove over it. It was a big noise and my car’s engine cut out. It came to a complete standstill. I contacted AA and they send a tow truck to the accident seen. The car was towed on a load bed to my house.</p> <p>I contacted the insurance company the next day and they agreed to have the vehicle send to Mazda Vaal seeing that the engine would not start. I contacted Mazda Vaal and they agreed to bring the vehicle to their workshop. There was no damage to the body of the car but defiantly on the chassis. The car was then taken to Mazda Vaal on a load bed.</p> <p>They also couldn’t get the car to start. They did a Quote and send it to the insurance company. The assessor had a problem with the cost of the engine and they appointed a investigator. Mazda Vaal imp**** that I drove the car after the accident to overheat the car. My husband then got involved. Mazda Vaal couldn’t give him any reports of a pressure test that was done. My car is still under warranty with an extended warranty. Mazda Vaal also imp**** that we had work on the car’s engine. (Who would be so stupid to have non Mazda technical people work on a car that is under warranty?) I only had my car’s services done at Barlow Armstrong Alberton when Mazda and Ford were still together and with Mazda Vaal. </p> <p>We contacted Mazda Head Office Technical Support – Customer Care. I wrote an e-mail to assist us. Needless to say. Not very helpful. it is now a month later and my car’s engine is still not fixed. My husband and I went to Mazda Vaal today. The workshop manager and technician admit that they don’t know how to fix my car’s engine</p>
