FORCED TO KEEP A DEFECTIVE CAR

I bought an OPEL ADAM 2018 at Team Vaal Vereeniging on the 25th of March 2023.On my way home, the engine light came on and I was told by the dealership salesman that they do not have a diagnostic machine to determine what the problem is however I was told that 'surely it is not a big issue". To my surprise the "not so big issue" is an issue with the turbo which cost R32 434.60 to replace excluding other mechanical defects. I have returned the car to the dealership for more than five times with the same issue and to this day I have been forced to keep the defective car by the owner of the dealer as they bluntly refused to replace the car. The dealer attempted to trade-in their defective car without my consent and knowledge instead of replacing it as he agreed with the ABSA complaint department, and not to me. ABSA bank representative clearly stated that there is nothing they can do as the bank. I am NOW threatened by the dealer Owner that if I do not go to collect their defective car, they will start charging for storage at R300.00 a day from today 09 June 2023.
