BAD CAR PROBLEMS, NO SOLUTION

I was in love with my car but am now regretting my purchase! I am VERY unhappy with Mazda’s service. I bought a brand new, out-of-the-box Mazda 2 Active last year on 23 May 2015. Within three months, my car started giving me problems. Majority of the time that I app**** pressure on the breaks, the pedal would shake under my foot and my car would shudder. Thinking to myself that it should be nothing to worry about as I had just purchased a brand new car, I left it. My boyfriend kept telling me something was seriously wrong with my car, but because I was so in love with it, I was in denial. This problem persisted until November. I took my car to Mazda Fury in Paulshof and they proceeded to tell me I just needed my front brake discs to be skimmed – which was then done. Let it be known that this DID NOT fix the problem. I have just taken my car to Mazda Fourways for its first annual service and complained heavily about whatever was happening with my brakes as it was now becoming a very frequent happening. I was instructed that my two front brake discs needed to be replaced but that was the only thing causing the problem which I then proceeded to have done. With BRAND NEW brake discs on my 1 YEAR OLD MAZDA, my brakes are still shuddering!!! My petrol gauge, since coming back from my annual service has now also started playing up! I have called Mazda Fourways South AFrica twice since Tuesday and left voice messages for SOMEONE to get back to me regarding this problem and have not yet had a response! I do not recommend getting this vehicle to anyone! And please let me know if you have been experiencing the same problem and what the outcome was? I am beginning to think I was given a dud car.
